Please fill in all the sections of the booking form, especially those marked with a red asterisk, otherwise your request will not reach us !! If the box does not apply to your country, enter a symbol # All confirmation emails are sent manually, so it is perfectly normal that you do not receive the email instantly. We usually respond to emails within a few hours, unless it's an emergency! Thank you for your patience with our very small business!
From now on we will ask for your credit information when booking. We have unfortunately had too many problems with recalcitrant customers who do not respect our cancellation policy. Only the amount of cancellations will be charged to the credit card. You will receive an invoice detailing the charges prior to collection. We no longer accept a reservation without a card.
